About the role
As an Office Operations Agent you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the unit runs efficiently. This 12‑month fixed‑term position focuses on data handling, process quality, and user assistance within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure completion of the unit's administrative business processes.
- Perform analysis and produce or revise reports and statistics.
- Carry out administrative, operational and quality controls, taking corrective measures and follow‑ups as needed.
- Support users in the efficient use of tools and systems.
- Execute data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding tasks.
- Provide information on policies, programs and processes.
- Prepare or revise presentations and related documents.
Required profile
- Trade school diploma in a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Action‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus and adaptability.
