Office Manager

About the role

The Office Manager will lead daily administrative operations for a busy tire repair shop in Mississauga. This role ensures smooth office workflows, compliance with record‑keeping legislation, and supports budgeting and payroll functions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Administer policies related to record release under government access to information and privacy legislation.
• Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security.
• Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform accurate data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely processing.
• Supervise a team of 3‑4 employees.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (1‑2 year program).
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise a small team (3‑4 people).
• Clear criminal record check.
