About the role
We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Office & HR Administrator to support daily operations, vendor coordination, and HR processes for our Calgary office and an affiliated company sharing the same premises. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage calendars, and ensure a smooth, professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reception duties, phone calls, visitor sign‑in, and mail distribution.
- Coordinate building contracts, vendor relationships, and conduct monthly office inspections.
- Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and supply ordering.
- Support HR functions including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
- Provide project‑specific administrative support to Sales, Marketing, and the Administrative Services Manager.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
- Ability to balance responsibilities across two workplace environments.
