Item Management Clerk – Data Entry & SAP

About the role
The Item Management Clerk works in the Replenishment department, reporting to the Supervisor of the Item Management team. The primary focus is to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and compliant by measuring physical items and entering detailed specifications into the system.
Key responsibilities
- Create new product records in SAP.
- Measure physical items (dimensions, weight, volume) and record the data.
- Enter item specifications and attributes into an Excel database.
- Verify and update existing item data to maintain accuracy.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in item information.
- Update product information such as cost, retail price, and listing status.
- Maintain bilingual item descriptions in English and French.
- Support the Article Management team with related tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma, DEC or AEC in Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative or data‑entry role.
- Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple requests.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent typing and transcription abilities.
