About the role
The Virtual Gurus powered by Zirtual is seeking a remote Executive Assistant to support Canadian clients. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance, managing projects and calendars, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal and business calendars, schedule appointments, and monitor for conflicts.
- Assist with project management to ensure timely completion of client goals.
- Conduct research for events, travel, and projects and deliver findings promptly.
- Handle purchases, expense reporting, and organization of client expenses.
- Perform administrative tasks such as inbox management, transcription, correspondence, data entry, and social media management.
- Attend virtual meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and provide follow‑up actions.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and send weekly usage reports.
Required profile
- Proactive and consistent communication with clients and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to client preferences.
- Responsive within a two‑hour window for client communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
