About the role
Avello is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Office Assistant to support its fast‑paced, growing team. You will combine recruiting, administrative, and social‑media duties while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, conduct pre‑screening calls, and schedule interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee badge records.
- Manage office inventory, supplies, equipment (including iPads) and track usage.
- Maintain organized internal records and support general office logistics.
- Welcome candidates and guests in the lobby, handle front‑desk duties, and coordinate day‑to‑day scheduling.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self‑starter attitude comfortable in a high‑energy environment.
- Professional image and strong work ethic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
