About the role
We are seeking an Office Assistant to provide professional, efficient front‑line support for employees, clients and visitors in a busy downtown Toronto office. Reporting to the Manager of Office Services, you will work within a small team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the mailroom: sort and deliver incoming mail, receive and distribute packages, and operate the mail machine.
- Operate and maintain office equipment such as photocopiers, fax machines and other devices.
- Maintain kitchen tidiness, order supplies and keep inventory up to date.
- Prepare meeting rooms, monitor back‑to‑back bookings and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Coordinate catering requests for meetings as needed.
- Place maintenance requests and support general office upkeep.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of related administrative experience and at least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills

- Salary range $55,000‑$60,000 CAD per year.
