About the role
Martell Appliance Repair Ltd is expanding its team and seeks a remote Office Administrator/Receptionist to support customer service and administrative tasks from a home office.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and manage email and text inquiries.
- Book service visits and track jobs using the company CRM.
- Prepare invoices, process billing for larger clients, and follow up with customers after job completion.
- Order and track parts, maintain inventory records, and handle customer follow‑up.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer‑service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience with invoicing/billing software.
