Offering Specialist, Heat Transfer and Expansion Systems

About the role

The Offering Specialist supports lifecycle direction and profit‑and‑loss management for a suite of Armstrong heat‑transfer and expansion system offerings. The position drives strategic, market and product development initiatives while overseeing pricing, revenue and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze macro trends, addressable markets and competition to shape offering strategy and financial targets.
• Identify and present market and product development opportunities, translate target segments into key accounts and support the Offering Roadmap.
• Manage revenue, margin and pricing strategy globally, own the full product lifecycle from introduction to end‑of‑life, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure delivery, improve quality, and optimise multi‑channel models.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent business training is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years experience with heat exchangers or expansion systems and 5‑7 years in product development, management, sales, design engineering, manufacturing or distribution in an industrial B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of product engineering and management principles, analytical problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills.
• Self‑directed, results‑focused and able to communicate openly and authentically.
