About the role
We are looking for a reliable Nursery Worker to join our team for the upcoming planting season. This full‑time, seasonal position involves hands‑on work in an outdoor nursery environment, caring for a variety of ornamental and seasonal plants.
Key responsibilities
- Prune trees, shrubs and plants.
- Plant bulbs and seeds, pot and re‑pot plants.
- Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings.
- Apply fertilizers and monitor for insect or disease damage.
- Dig up and handle rootballs of trees and shrubs.
- Water and maintain plants, lawns and gardens.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, bending, crouching and kneeling.
- Willingness to work early mornings, flexible hours and weekends.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
