Naturopathic Doctor – Integrated Primary Care

About the role

Stem Health is launching a flagship clinic in Toronto to deliver relationship‑based, evidence‑informed primary care. We are seeking a registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join a multidisciplinary team and provide comprehensive, root‑cause focused care for our members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial and follow‑up consultations, gathering detailed health histories and performing physical assessments.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address hormonal balance, metabolic health, nutrition, gut function, stress, sleep and vitality.
• Order, interpret and act on laboratory investigations, including bloodwork, hormone panels, nutrient assessments and functional testing.
• Apply the full scope of Ontario naturopathic practice: clinical nutrition, botanical/herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, physical medicine, hydrotherapy, IV micronutrient therapy and intramuscular injections.
• Provide evidence‑based hormonal health support in coordination with physicians.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans based on clinical response and lab trends, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and allied health providers.

Required profile

• Registered Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario with a strong clinical background.
• Ability to work within an integrated, physician‑led team.
• Commitment to evidence‑informed, patient‑centered care.
