MERN Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves creating responsive user interfaces, developing robust RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design responsive front‑end interfaces with React.js.
• Build secure, scalable back‑end services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, optimize, and manage MongoDB databases.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code; perform code reviews and unit testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of professional experience in full‑stack web development.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, Agile/Scrum teams.
