Medical Doctor – Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Doctor to join our growing Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation practice in Oakville. The role is ideal for physicians passionate about musculoskeletal care, sports medicine, and collaborative, patient‑centered treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and follow‑up care.
• Utilize diagnostic ultrasound and regenerative therapies when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with rehabilitation professionals and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patients in achieving optimal recovery and long‑term wellness outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.

Required profile

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Interest and/or experience in Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Medicine, or Rehabilitation Care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills.
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
