Marketing Manager, Personal Lending

About the role

Equitable Bank is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead growth for its Personal Lending portfolio, primarily single‑family residential mortgages. Reporting to the Director of Business Marketing, you will design and execute integrated campaigns that support digital channels, broker engagement, and sales‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual marketing communication calendar across email, website, and social media.
• Create and update broker support materials such as product sheets, program documents, and templates.
• Produce marketing content and tools that enable brokers to educate clients and generate leads for personal lending products.
• Partner with Creative Services and external producers to execute digital content.
• Plan and run promotional strategies and campaigns for single‑family residential offers across all channels, including events.
• Own the promotions calendar, track performance, and synthesize insights for continuous improvement.
• Build multi‑channel campaigns aligned with acquisition goals and monitor channel performance.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with Creative Services, Digital, Sales, Credit, and external vendors.
• Ability to lead up to two direct reports and drive operational excellence.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
