Social Media Manager

About the role

Touché! is seeking a hands‑on Social Media Manager who blends execution focus with strategic thinking. You will work across major paid social platforms, use data to drive decisions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Monitor daily performance, optimize for KPIs and efficiency, and ensure accurate tracking.
• Analyze data, identify drivers, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support strategy development with audience, creative and budget insights.
• Partner with internal teams (Strategy, Activation, Marketing Science, Creative) and platform representatives to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee quality assurance for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to post‑campaign reporting, learning agendas and test‑and‑learn initiatives.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior team members and review their work for accuracy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in paid social marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent organization, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat advertising platforms.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Datorama.
• Familiarity with tracking frameworks (pixels, UTMs, conversion events).
• Knowledge of campaign setup, optimization and performance measurement.
