Senior Media Buyer

About the role

Creative Clicks is a global performance‑marketing company seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Generation campaigns. Based in the Toronto office, you will manage budget allocation, strategy, and day‑to‑day optimization across Google, Meta, and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and other social channels.
• Optimize for CPL, CPA, RPC, conversion rate, call duration, and lead quality.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and call funnels.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, budgets, and routing to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with BI, creative, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign consistency.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the Pay‑Per‑Call and Lead Gen ecosystem while maintaining compliance for regulated verticals.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years managing Lead Generation or Pay‑Per‑Call campaigns with budgets of $50,000‑$100,000 per month.
• Full working rights in Canada and ability to work onsite in Toronto.
• Positive, autonomous attitude with a proven record of ownership and high performance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
