Customer Growth Strategy Consultant

About the role

Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Growth Strategy Consultant to help clients answer hard growth questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will work on client engagements focused on customer‑led growth, innovation strategy, diagnostics, business case development and transformation value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of growth strategy engagements, including diagnostics, acceleration sprints, opportunity assessments and business cases.
• Structure ambiguous client problems into clear workplans, hypotheses, analyses and executive‑ready recommendations.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities and strategic implications.
• Develop growth opportunity maps, value pools, prioritization frameworks, customer journeys and strategic roadmaps.
• Build business cases with market sizing, value drivers, investment requirements and expected outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, innovation, startups or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to lead strategy projects, workshops, analysis and executive deliverables.
• Strong capability to work with ambiguity, structure complex problems and craft compelling executive narratives.
• Comfortable using AI and GenAI tools to improve productivity and quality of work.
