Brand Ambassador – Part‑time – Quebec City

About the role

Hive Retail Solutions is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to act as Brand Ambassadors for health‑focused consumer products. You will represent the brand at in‑store roadshows and product demonstrations across Quebec City, creating excitement and educating shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples while following food‑safety standards.
• Engage customers, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized demo station throughout the shift.
• Set up and break down demo stations as required and provide basic post‑shift feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador roles is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while consistently representing the brand professionally.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as lifting demo supplies.
• Reliable transportation to assigned store locations and flexibility to work weekdays or weekends.
