Marketing Campaign & Strategy Leader

About the role

AlgaeCal, an eCommerce company selling a clinically-backed natural solution for bone loss, is looking for a Marketing Leader focused on campaigns. The role turns campaign ideas into coordinated revenue-generating efforts, covering paid media, ecommerce, email, loyalty, creative, customer service and analytics. It suits candidates with deep eCommerce experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing leadership experience planning and executing D2C campaigns in an eCommerce environment
• Track record of managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets
• Experience designing and executing customer journeys from first click to purchase
• Strong eCommerce knowledge, including A/B testing, attribution and analytics
• Understanding of marketing claims, compliance and disclaimers in the health space
• Humble, eager to learn and a great teammate

Required skills

• Paid media management and budget allocation
• Email, ecommerce, loyalty, organic social, affiliates and influencers
• Data-driven decision-making using CPA, ROAS, revenue, contribution margin and EBITDA
• Testing strategy (A/B, multivariate, funnel and creative tests)
• UI/UX understanding is a definite plus
