Manufacturing Technician

About the role

Intero Integrity Services is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join its Toronto team. The role combines hands‑on machining, robotic equipment handling, and quality control to support a range of industrial projects while ensuring high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling and lathe equipment to repair, modify, or fabricate parts and perform first‑article inspections.
• Conduct precision quality‑control inspections, adjusting programs and tooling to maintain specifications.
• Assemble, disassemble, clean, and repair robotic equipment to support departmental projects.
• Provide solutions to unique manufacturing challenges and maintain a clean, safe workspace in the machine and fabrication shop.
• Support cross‑functional needs, including occasional work in the Mold Shop.
• Coordinate equipment and manpower scheduling, manage project documentation, validate timesheets, and assist with invoice requests.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience using manual mills and lathes to produce precision parts from technical drawings.
• Proficiency interpreting mechanical detail and assembly drawings.
• Strong work ethic with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma or technical degree preferred.
