Manufacturing Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our production floor. The role involves operating, programming, and maintaining CNC and other automated equipment in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set machine and equipment controls based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC code.
• Diagnose and locate faults in circuits, components, and equipment.
• Complete and maintain detailed test and service reports.
• Calibrate electronic instruments and scientific equipment.
• Enter speed, feed, and cut parameters for CNC toolpaths.
• Program CNC machine tools using Mastercam, CAD/CAM, and AutoCAD.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent technical diploma (1‑2 years).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with travel expenses covered.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and adhere to safety protocols (steel‑toed boots, personal protective equipment).
