Manufacturing Manager – Operations Leader

About the role

We are seeking a people‑first manufacturing leader to oversee our fast‑paced, regulated production environment. In this permanent, full‑time position you will guide diverse teams, champion safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in Encapsulation, Tableting, Coating, and Blending to achieve production targets, schedules, and optimal resource utilization.
• Coach, develop and support supervisors and front‑line teams, fostering engagement and clear communication across all shifts.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve yield, and identify equipment optimisation opportunities.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality and compliance by ensuring adherence to cGMP, SOPs and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning and HR to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and experience working in a regulated setting.
• Hands‑on understanding of manufacturing equipment with a focus on continuous improvement and preventative maintenance.
• Proven people‑leadership skills, excellent communication, sound judgment and the ability to motivate teams.
