Manager – Sales & Operations

About the role

The Manager will lead a large subset of sales or operations activities, or a specialized support function, within Desjardins. You will be responsible for administering the service offering, developing and executing the business plan, and aligning the unit’s actions with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the immediate supervisor with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives.
• Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with strategic orientations.
• Establish management and communication practices that promote change management, talent attraction, retention, skills development, employee engagement and diversity.
• Define and ensure implementation of service‑related activities and oversee projects to maximize business results and client satisfaction.
• Manage individual and team performance to support the administrative unit’s action plan.
• Continuously improve processes under your responsibility.
• Represent Desjardins and conduct business intelligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum nine years of relevant experience (or equivalent combinations of qualifications and experience).
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Proven ability to make quality decisions, develop talent, drive results and work effectively in teams.
