About the role
The ROM Foundation is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven professional to lead corporate partnership and sponsorship activities. Reporting to the Vice‑President, Corporate Partnerships and Signature Events, you will play a key role in generating revenue, expanding the corporate membership program, and supporting high‑impact museum events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, solicit and secure new corporate members and sponsors aligned with the Foundation’s signature events.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals, pitch decks and negotiate contracts that deliver mutual value.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate members and event sponsors, ensuring high‑quality engagement, renewal and satisfaction.
- Act as primary point of contact for corporate partners, handling communication, issue resolution and benefit fulfillment.
- Collaborate on integrated sponsorship activations, on‑site execution of brand placements, signage and experiential elements.
- Lead growth and administration of the Corporate Membership Program.
- Support post‑event reporting and measurement of sponsor ROI.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate partnership, sponsorship acquisition or related fundraising roles.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership targets.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to develop compelling proposals and articulate clear value for partners.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
