Manager, Corporate Partnerships

About the role

The ROM Foundation is seeking a strategic, relationship‑driven professional to lead corporate partnership and sponsorship activities. Reporting to the Vice‑President, Corporate Partnerships and Signature Events, you will play a key role in generating revenue, expanding the corporate membership program, and supporting high‑impact museum events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and secure new corporate members and sponsors aligned with the Foundation’s signature events.
• Develop tailored sponsorship proposals, pitch decks and negotiate contracts that deliver mutual value.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate members and event sponsors, ensuring high‑quality engagement, renewal and satisfaction.
• Act as primary point of contact for corporate partners, handling communication, issue resolution and benefit fulfillment.
• Collaborate on integrated sponsorship activations, on‑site execution of brand placements, signage and experiential elements.
• Lead growth and administration of the Corporate Membership Program.
• Support post‑event reporting and measurement of sponsor ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate partnership, sponsorship acquisition or related fundraising roles.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and partnership targets.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to develop compelling proposals and articulate clear value for partners.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
