Manager, Business Valuations & Corporate Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Business Valuations & Corporate Finance to join Baker Tilly’s advisory team. You will lead valuation engagements, quality‑of‑earnings reviews and due‑diligence projects while supporting the firm’s growth and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various valuation methodologies.
• Lead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements.
• Prepare and present high‑quality client deliverables, including valuation reports and databooks.
• Oversee engagement timelines, budgets and ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.
• Manage, develop and mentor staff, fostering professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and identify business‑development opportunities.

Required profile

• CPA and CBV designations.
• Minimum 3 years of valuation experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven business‑development and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Financial modelling expertise.
