Management Faculty Position – Business Planning Course

About the role
We are seeking a qualified faculty member to teach a cross‑functional, experiential course on business planning within an entrepreneurial environment. The role involves delivering the fundamentals of business planning, guiding students through project‑based learning, and fostering active community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum covering business planning fundamentals.
- Facilitate experiential, project‑based activities that connect students with local community partners.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure interdisciplinary integration.
- Maintain course materials and stay current with industry best practices.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, entrepreneurship, management, etc.).
- Professional experience in business disciplines, board service, or active participation in professional associations within the past five years.
- Consideration given to candidates with an undergraduate degree plus a relevant professional designation.
- Prior university teaching experience is an asset.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills are mandated; strong knowledge of business planning concepts is essential.
