Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the upkeep of commercial and residential properties. Working under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance on commercial and residential sites.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with general building upkeep and facility support.
• Lift and transport materials and equipment weighing 50 lb or more.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, preferably in commercial or residential settings.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to lift 50 lb or more.
• Relevant safety certifications are a plus.
