About the role
We are seeking hardworking, reliable General Labourers for a foundation and shoring project in Kelowna, BC. The role involves supporting the installation of helical and driven piles, as well as shoring systems, while maintaining a safe and organized work site.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and installation of helical piles, driven piles, and shoring systems.
- Operate hand and power tools as required.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support site supervisors and skilled trades in daily tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work site.
Required profile
- Previous construction or general labour experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments.
- Safety‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation considered an asset.
- CSTS 2020 and WHMIS certifications required; First Aid ticket considered an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Experience with helical pile and shoring system installation.
