Luxury Beauty Advisor – Cosmetics Sales

About the role

The Beauty Advisor for Sisley at Holt Renfrew will create lasting relationships with luxury beauty customers, driving sales and brand loyalty. You will work in a fast‑paced, fashion‑driven environment, representing an iconic cosmetics brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every client.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments.
• Attend product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels about events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of commission‑based sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
