About the role

Join TJX Canada as a Loss Prevention Store Investigator and help create a safe environment for associates and customers. You will use proactive loss‑prevention tactics, advanced surveillance tools, and close collaboration with investigative teams to protect store assets and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Detect, deter, and apprehend individuals attempting theft or fraud, and support civil and criminal prosecution.
• Utilize CCTV equipment and conduct floor‑walking surveillance to monitor store activity.
• Collaborate with Organized Retail Crime (ORC) investigators to investigate external loss trends.
• Report internal dishonesty to regional investigators and assist supply‑chain investigators with potential losses.
• Work with remote loss‑prevention investigators to identify repeat offenders and organized groups.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with police, courts, and internal teams.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
