Locum Family/General Practitioner – Summer Position in Chilliwack

About the role

We are seeking a Family or General Practitioner to join our well‑established practice in Chilliwack, British Columbia, on a locum basis. The position offers flexible dates during the summer months and can be tailored to include clinic work, hospital work, or a blend of both, depending on your preference.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality primary care to patients in a community clinic setting.
• Deliver hospital‑based care when desired, with privileges arranged through the Fraser Health Authority.
• Manage patient appointments, documentation, and follow‑up using the OSCAR EMR system.
• Participate in on‑call rotations if you choose to engage with the residency program.

Required profile

• Medical degree and current licensure to practice family/general medicine in British Columbia.
• Interest in a locum arrangement with flexible part‑time or full‑time hours.
• Willingness to focus on clinical duties while administrative tasks are handled by the practice management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OSCAR EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
