About the role
Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is seeking a compassionate and experienced Addiction Recovery Program Manager for its Men’s Residential Recovery Program, Anchor House, in Chilliwack. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recovery, the manager will lead daily operations, programming, and team development to support men on their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of the Men’s Recovery Program.
- Supervise, coach, mentor and develop Recovery Support Workers, Program Leads and other staff.
- Oversee participant progression, program engagement expectations and daily program decisions.
- Ensure programming aligns with best practices, faith‑based principles and RAN’s 5 Areas of Recovery Capital.
- Maintain accurate participant records in the Steps Forward database.
- Address participant concerns, behavioural issues and program compliance with compassion and accountability.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree or related addiction training; a Master’s degree in behavioural sciences is an asset.
- Experience in addiction treatment, mental health, social services or a related environment.
- Demonstrated case‑management and addiction recovery support experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentorship abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, referral partners and the recovery community.
- Non‑violent intervention training and/or certification.
- Lived experience with addiction and personal recovery journey is an asset.

- Salary range $68,000–$75,000 annually, dependent on experience.
