Litigation Lawyer

About the role
We are partnering with a leading litigation specialist firm in Calgary to find an experienced lawyer to focus on insurance and commercial litigation. The role offers exposure to a full spectrum of litigation activities within a collegial, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on insurance and commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct examinations for discovery and manage case preparation.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
- Collaborate with a team of lawyers to develop litigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation throughout the litigation process.
Required profile
- Minimum of three years of post‑qualification experience in litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance and commercial litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
