About the role

Miller Thomson LLP is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its Saskatchewan office. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial litigation matters, collaborating with a national team of experienced lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and litigate commercial cases across various industries.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for court and alternative dispute resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Interact directly with clients, providing proactive and cost‑effective advice.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups on complex files.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Saskatchewan.
• Strong client‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to develop a personal practice.
