Light Duty Cleaner – Full‑Time

About the role

KM Care Services is seeking a reliable Light Duty Cleaner to provide cleaning and housekeeping services in clients' homes, offices, and other facilities across Winnipeg. This permanent, full‑time position involves a variety of cleaning tasks while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and clean upholstery, area rugs, and draperies.
• Make beds, change sheets, and stock linen closets.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other designated areas.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Provide basic information on facilities and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Basic security clearance, criminal record check and Child Abuse Registry check.
• Punctual, dependable, client‑focused and a team player.
