Lease Portfolio Specialist

About the role

The Lease Portfolio Specialist at OpenRoad Volkswagen Burnaby is responsible for managing and renewing vehicle lease contracts, ensuring a smooth transition for customers and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify renewal opportunities.
• Contact guests before lease‑end to schedule vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with Product Advisors to address guest questions and special requests.
• Present lease renewal options and assist with the sales process.
• Work with Sales Managers during vehicle appraisals and with Financial Service Office managers to schedule lease deliveries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through self‑directed learning.
• Follow safety policies and report any accidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high quality‑control standards.
• Proficient computer skills and quick learning ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Ability to make sound decisions and work effectively at all organizational levels.
