Boutique Assistant Manager – Metrotown (Burnaby)

About the role

We are looking for a Boutique Assistant Manager at our Metrotown Burnaby boutique. In this role you will drive excellent results across sales, customer service, team leadership and boutique operations, ensuring a premium experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and service targets, maximize guest frequency, and drive sales of capsules, accessories and machines.
• Lead and develop the team by recruiting, coaching, delegating tasks, and monitoring key performance indicators to continuously improve performance.
• Implement standard operating procedures, manage schedules, control cash and inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety and risk‑management standards.
• Conduct spot checks, support stock handling, and prepare monthly reports to meet sales and wage cost objectives.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of high‑volume retail management experience, preferably in luxury or coffee retail.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems analytically and meet KPI‑driven goals.
• Strong team‑building and coaching skills with a track record of developing staff.
• Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
• Passion for coffee and sustainability.
