Retail Sales Associate – Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Retail Sales Associate to join our Burnaby store. In this fast‑paced, sports‑inspired environment you will deliver best‑in‑class customer service while maintaining stockroom and operational standards. The role combines front‑of‑house sales duties with back‑of‑house inventory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, provide product knowledge and styling advice, and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
• Handle POS transactions accurately, resolve customer queries, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Receive, unpack and process inbound stock, maintain organized stockroom, and replenish the floor according to sell‑through priorities.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and markdowns while adhering to loss‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards in all back‑of‑house areas.
