About the role
BrainStation is seeking a Learning Advisor to champion digital skills education for professionals. Based in Toronto with a global online reach, you will help individuals elevate their careers in AI, data, design, technology, marketing, and product.
Key responsibilities
- Advise, inspire and motivate professionals to pursue technology‑focused career growth.
- Drive revenue through outbound calls, emails and video meetings with prospective learners.
- Build community by promoting BrainStation’s thought‑leadership events.
- Utilise internal platforms to apply best practices and optimise sales processes.
- Collaborate with product, learning design and experience teams to tailor digital learning solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and organisations seeking digital training for their members.
Required profile
- Goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
- Outgoing, energetic and fun‑loving.
- Passionate about education, technology and growth.
- Committed to succeeding in the role and growing with BrainStation.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree.
