About the role

BrainStation is seeking a Learning Advisor to champion digital skills education for professionals. Based in Toronto with a global online reach, you will help individuals elevate their careers in AI, data, design, technology, marketing, and product.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, inspire and motivate professionals to pursue technology‑focused career growth.
• Drive revenue through outbound calls, emails and video meetings with prospective learners.
• Build community by promoting BrainStation’s thought‑leadership events.
• Utilise internal platforms to apply best practices and optimise sales processes.
• Collaborate with product, learning design and experience teams to tailor digital learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and organisations seeking digital training for their members.
