Lead Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and integration of complex software solutions for our clients. You will work in a fast‑paced consulting environment, guiding a team of developers through the full software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate development, installation, integration, and operation of computer‑based systems.
• Create flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify optimal solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Plan and execute every step of system integration, including upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in building embedded and control‑system software.
• Conduct functional, security, and quality tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client‑focus skills.

Required skills

• Agile methodology, Cloud concepts, Jenkins, Jira.
• Machine Learning basics, Distributed environments, Server management.
• Programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js, SASS, CSS, HTML, OOP.
• Databases and data tools: SQL, XML, mapping and data‑visualisation software.
• Version control and collaboration: Git, GitHub, Atlassian Confluence, Bootstrap, VS Code.
• Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
