Lab Analyst

About the role

The Laboratory Analyst will join Certified Group's analytical team to perform routine sample analysis across multiple regulated industries. Reporting to the Supervisor Analysts and Manager, Analytical, the role focuses on generating accurate analytical results while maintaining equipment and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sample analysis using assigned instrumentation, ensuring proper calibration and data accuracy.
• Process and review analytical data using instrument software and LIMS, escalating outliers or OOS results.
• Prepare standards, QC samples, and documentation in line with stability requirements.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and verify laboratory equipment on a routine basis.
• Support QC investigations and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and GLP standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate records for audit readiness.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage laboratory supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Required profile

• Experience operating and maintaining analytical laboratory equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and ISO 17025/GLP compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow standard operating procedures.
