Junior Project Manager – Healthcare IT

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the deployment and onboarding of healthcare organisations onto a large-scale digital health platform. The role will involve coordinating project activities, engaging stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and ensuring successful site go-lives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and deployment activities for multiple healthcare sites.
• Maintain project schedules, track risks, issues and service change requests.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise site readiness activities, deliver training sessions and provide troubleshooting support.
• Maintain project documentation with proper version control and storage practices.
• Track deployment progress, prepare status reports and support go-live planning and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in electronic health or healthcare technology projects.
• 2–4 years working with healthcare information, pharmacy management or hospital information systems.
• At least 2 years managing project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• 3 years of experience with document management, version control and storage practices.
• Strong understanding of project management principles such as scope, risk, planning, quality and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
