Junior Panel Technician

About the role

AWC Water Solutions Ltd. is looking for a Junior Panel Technician to join its CSA‑certified Electrical Panel Shop. This full‑time, permanent position involves assembling and wiring custom control panels for water and wastewater treatment projects in a safe, indoor facility.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble custom control panels according to project specifications.
• Wire control panels following basic electrical schematics.
• Review bills of materials for accuracy and flag errors promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain high conduct standards in the shop.
• Enter weekly timesheets accurately and on time.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Perform occasional field site work and travel as required.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Required profile

• Team player with technical experience in industrial electrical and control wiring.
• Great attention to detail and problem‑identification skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
