About the role
The Digital Solutions Junior Data Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of data platforms for the Faculty of Medicine. Reporting to the Manager of Research Data Services, this term position is tied to the launch of Faculty360 and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and maintain data operations for Faculty of Medicine platforms.
- Provide technical support for Digital Solutions Group tools and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data solutions meet user needs.
- Assist in the rollout and ongoing improvement of Faculty360.
Required profile
- Junior‑level experience or education in data coordination, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to contribute to a term project supporting research data services.
