Junior Analyst – Private Equity Operations (18‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

Join BCI’s Private Equity Operations team in Victoria as a Junior Analyst on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the transaction workstream, processing notices, preparing payments and reconciling investment activity with a focus on accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process private equity transaction notices and prepare payment instructions.
• Support investment closings, lifecycle events and related reconciliations.
• Maintain data integrity in BCI’s financial systems under senior guidance.
• Assist with reporting and documentation for private equity finance operations.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Some relevant experience or internships in finance or investment operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members across Victoria, New York and London.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Familiarity with financial transaction processing.
