Journeyman Electrician & Apprentice Electricians (Levels 3 & 4)

About the role

Colwin Electrical Group is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians and motivated Apprentice Electricians (Levels 3 & 4) for a night‑shift, on‑site project in Kamloops. The positions are full‑time temporary for an estimated 6‑8 months.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions using test equipment.
• Inspect new and existing installations to ensure compliance with safety and code requirements.

Required profile

• Red Seal Certification for Journeyman positions.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Physically capable of performing electrical work and able to work night shifts.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

• Apprentice hourly rate: $31.50‑$42.30 (CAD).
• Journeyman hourly rate: $47.00 (CAD).
• Night shift premium available.
• Full‑time temporary contract with on‑site work in Kamloops.
