Digital Lead BIM Manager

About the role

WSP is seeking a Digital Lead BIM Manager to lead BIM management and coordination for mechanical and electrical disciplines within its Québec Buildings team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality digital models, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM management and coordination activities for building mechanical and electrical projects.
• Oversee production, coordination and delivery of BIM models and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Prepare BIM documentation such as BEP, BIM Management Plans, and EIRs.
• Conduct model audits, quality control reviews and provide technical support to project teams.
• Configure and manage platforms including Autodesk Forma, Revizto, Bluebeam and Clarity.
• Drive innovation, automation and AI initiatives to optimise BIM workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field with BIM coordination/management certifications.
• 5‑10 years of experience leading multidisciplinary BIM projects in the building sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
