Jewelry Production & Order Fulfillment Associate

About the role

WILYMI Jewelry is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented associate to produce and ship personalized luxury jewelry from a home workspace. This part‑time position offers flexible hours that can be fitted around an existing full‑time job.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture personalized jewelry pieces
• Perform customizations after training
• Conduct quality checks on every order before shipment
• Package orders to WILYMI’s luxury brand standards
• Organize and update inventory and supplies
• Prepare customer orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time

Required profile

• Extremely detail‑oriented
• Enjoys hands‑on, creative work
• Has a dedicated home workspace for supplies and order fulfillment
• Organized, dependable and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
• Strong time‑management abilities
• Comfortable using a computer for basic order management

• Handcrafting and fine‑assembly techniques
