Janitorial Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Janitorial Services Manager to lead our cleaning operations in Vancouver. You will oversee daily janitorial activities, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the janitorial team.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver consistent service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily cleaning operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in janitorial or facilities management.
• Ability to work early mornings, days, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Own transportation or access to public transit.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
